Purchase of Event Passes

Passes sold through this Website grant to the purchaser (“Authorized Purchaser”) only a revocable license to the Authorized Purchase or his or her invited guest(s) that may be revoked at any time for any reason. Passes are valid only for the specific day(s) purchased. A Pass is a single wristband that is worn for all days for which the Pass is valid. A wristband is void if tampered with or removed. Wristband activation will be required as a condition of entry to the Event. Passes cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and are valid only for the event and seat for which they are issued. It is unlawful to reproduce the Pass in any form. Each attendee must present the original Pass in its original, undamaged, unaltered form, to the applicable venue at the appropriate time. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Event producer. Passes obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and, if so, are void. Do not buy Passes from a third party or scalper. Any Passes not purchased through the official Event ticketing provider will not be authenticated or supported.
All ticket prices for the Event are stated in U.S. Dollars. Event producer accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. Event producer accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Prices are all-inclusive, exclusive of taxes and fees. What you see is what you pay. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TICKET PRICE IS NONREFUNDABLE. NO CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES.
The name of the Authorized Purchaser may not be changed. All tickets purchased before Friday, May 4 will be shipped to the most current address in your account. You can log in to your account at Showclix.com and update shipping information until Friday, May 4, 2018. If purchased after Friday, May 4, your tickets will be available for pick up at will call. The Authorized Purchaser will be required to pick up the Pass(es) at the box office will call. The Authorized Purchaser may be required to show identification. All Passes will require activation.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Event producer whether or not your order has been placed. Event producer will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Orders are subject to credit card approval and processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. If Event producer cannot verify your billing information or your credit card is declined, Event producer will cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
Number of Passes Per Authorized Purchase
You may be limited to a specified number of Passes for the Event (also known as a "ticket limit"). This ticket limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. Event producer reserves the right to restrict or deny ticket purchasing privileges to anyone that we determine to be, or has been, in violation of its policies.
No Advertising or Promotional Use
Passes may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by us
Canceled and Postponed Events
EVENT DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. The Event or individual appearances at the Event may be canceled or postponed. Artist and set times are subject to change without notice. Should this occur, Event producer will attempt to notify you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that Event, if any. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed Event, please check the Event information.
